Moonhaven Orbiting Clubbers

By Teresa Colonna –

Orbiting Clubbers is a fashion collection created for Moon Life, the third phase of the lunar tourism experience. The collection merges the stark, futuristic aesthetics of the Moon with the vibrant energy of club culture, reimagining garments as tools of expression, adaptation, and identity in space.

The designs are tailored for three distinct moments of the lunar journey:

  • Exploration aboard the NOVA Rover, where comfort, safety, and mobility are key.
  • Daily life in Moon Haven, the lunar resort, where clothing enhances well-being and sociability.
  • Celebration in the lunar club, a space for leisure, music, and collective experience.

Crafted with smart fabrics and advanced technologies, the garments offer thermal regulation, protection, and ergonomic adaptability, while maintaining a strong sense of style. Light-reactive materials, modular accessories, and flexible structures make each outfit suitable for both functional use and cultural expression.

Inspired by the interplay between technology, fashion, and environment, Orbiting Clubbers transforms clothing into a futuristic experience, turning each garment into a bridge between survival needs and cultural rituals. It proposes fashion not as a superficial layer, but as a journey into new spatial and cultural frontiers, where identity, performance, and imagination orbit together.
